Casita is a cozy little house, half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles, next door to Pismo Beach, California. It is completely furnished and equipped. It has two bedrooms , and one bath with tub and shower. It has a wood burning fireplace, and a computer with wireless high speed internet. Use of a large Spa and deck (adults only) in beautiful garden setting. Washer/dryer, a JennAire stove top, 3 color cable televisions, tile in kitchen and bathroom.

Casita is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and dunes. It sits in front of another house and the shared, fenced-off spa/deck area.

Casita is just a few minutes walk to golf courses, nightclubs, restaurants, and shopping.

The peak season rate from June 15 to Sept 15 is $3,000 per month. Low season rate is $1,750 per month. These rates include all utilities, plus high speed internet, cable tv, and phone with free long distance in the US. Rates vary according to length of stay.
